**Lexington Homes Launches Sales for New Townhome Community in Northbrook**
Chicago-based Lexington Homes has officially begun sales for Gateway, a new residential community consisting of 25 townhomes located in downtown Northbrook, Illinois.
Situated at 1181 Shermer Road, Gateway is the latest offering in the developer’s Mews series featuring recently redesigned townhomes. The residences span three levels and range in size from 1,954 to 2,278 square feet, offering three to four bedrooms. The first homes are expected to be delivered in spring 2026.
