Simone Development Companies has successfully leased all available space at Post Road Plaza in Port Chester, NY. The retail center has secured two new tenants, including Mercadito Farm, a farmer’s market that will occupy 3,485 square feet for the long term. H&R Block, a renowned tax preparation company, has also signed on to lease a 1,000-square-foot space.
In addition to these new leases and tenant additions,the plaza recently underwent parking lot upgrades and completed renovations such as installing new pylon signage. Along with anchor LA Fitness,the plaza is home to various other notable tenants like European Wax Center,Mattress Firm,and Domino’s Pizza.
