"New Tenants Added to 140 New Montgomery Building"

CBRE and Pembroke have successfully secured 55,913 square feet in new leases at the prestigious 140 New Montgomery St. building in San Francisco. The latest additions to the tenant roster include super{set}, Calendly, and Heidrick & Struggles. Additionally, Bloomberg – currently the largest tenant at 140 New Montgomery – has renewed their tenancy.

The four deals were facilitated by CBRE’s experienced team of Bill Cumbelich, Dean McPadden, and Jack Beritzhoff on behalf of Pembroke. Savills’ Michael McCandless and Denis Karas represented super{set}; JLL’s Hugh Scott, Derek Johnson,and Jack Nelson represented Calendly; CBRE’s Phil Tippett handled negotiations for Bloomberg; while Beritzhoff acted as representative for Heidrick & Struggles.

Cumbelich stated that “With its prime location and stunning architecture,Pembroke’s 140 New Montgomery has been a top performer in San Francisco’s office market over the past four years.” He also added that while it may take some time for supply to meet demand in this market,the building offers exceptional amenities that provide a high-quality experience for today’s tenants seeking an ideal office environment.
