Landmark Properties has recently unveiled their newest student housing development, The Standard at Eugene. This impressive community offers 703 beds and 247 units, located at 435 E. Broadway in the bustling city of Eugene, Oregon.
The Standard at Eugene is Landmark’s first student housing project near the University of Oregon. It boasts a prime location just steps away from campus and within walking distance to both the Market District and downtown area. With over 265,000 square feet of residential space available in a variety of studio to five-bedroom units, this seven-story building is sure to meet all students’ needs.
Set to open its doors in September 2024, The Standard was expertly designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects with construction being led by Landmark Construction – Landmark Properties’ own construction division.
This marks Landmark’s second venture into Oregon as they previously delivered The Retreat at Corvallis near Oregon State University back in Fall of 2015. Additionally, they also serve as third-party managers for Sierra Student Apartments which are conveniently located near OSU as well.
