"New Sports Bar Set to Open in Crypto.com Arena Neighborhood"

A new sports bar is set to open on the ground floor of the recently launched Moxy/AC Hotels development in downtown Los Angeles, located across from Crypto.com Arena and the LA Convention Center. The establishment, called 33 Taps and based locally, has secured a lease for 7,921 square feet within the hotel project at 1240 S. Figueroa St. in South Park.

The landlord of this property is The Lightstone Group and their brokerage team consisting of Kennedy Wilson Brokerage EVP Lee Shapiro and VP Justin Weiss represented them in this deal.

According to Weiss, while many may assume that there are already plenty of sports bars surrounding Crypto.com Arena and the L.A. Convention Center area, this is not actually true. With Lightstone’s impressive project now having an experienced operator with a strong local following on its ground floor level will be beneficial for event attendees as well as hotel guests staying nearby or those living within South Park neighborhood itself.
