Principle Construction is proud to announce the development of a new 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Mount Prospect, Illinois for Stotan Industrial. The private equity-based industrial real estate firm will benefit from this prime location in the heart of Mount Prospect’s central business district, with convenient access to major expressways and airport cargo facilities.
Leading the project are Principle’s senior project manager Jim Greco and director of field operations Mark Frane. Harris Architects has been selected as the project architect.
The former vacant Comcast office facility was demolished to make way for this state-of-the-art speculative warehouse. Working closely with Stotan, Principle addressed various planning and zoning matters as well as civil engineering issues under Greco’s guidance.
Featuring a 32-foot clear height and two drive-in doors, this industrial facility is designed to accommodate diverse tenants’ needs with its 2,000 amps power capacity and roof-mounted MUA heating and ventilation system.
