Lathrop GPM has officially opened its new office space at 155 North Wacker in Chicago. The move from the 30th floor to a newly designed space on the 38th floor reflects the firm’s commitment to growth and accommodating hybrid work arrangements.
The redesigned office aligns with Lathrop GPM’s national transition to a hoteling-hybrid model, showcasing intentionality and providing both team members and clients with a contemporary, comfortable, and flexible workspace in an ideal location. Bryan Minier, Partner in Charge of Lathrop GPM’s Chicago office, expressed his satisfaction with the new space.
Featuring state-of-the-art conference facilities for private client access as well as open seating options and designated workspaces for employees, this modern design was created by architecture firm DLR Group. Developed by John Buck Company and designed by Goettsch Partners, 155 North Wacker is a striking 48-story skyscraper that serves as an impressive backdrop for Lathrop GPM’s latest venture.
