EQ Office has exciting news for tenants and visitors of U.S. Bank Center (USBC). The renowned owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine will be opening a full-service restaurant at USBC in 2025, while Olympia Coffee is set to open this month in Cedar Hall.
According to Zach Zaborowski, Senior Vice President of EQ Office’s Pacific Northwest division, the goal for USBC is not only to provide an inspiring workplace but also a welcoming environment that promotes human connection. This central hub will offer opportunities for gathering, dining, working and playing.
The new location at USBC marks Il Terrazzo Carmine’s third restaurant in the greater Seattle area. Known for their authentic Italian cuisine, the establishment will occupy approximately 7,500 square feet on the first floor. In addition to this exciting addition, Olympia Coffee will also be joining as previously announced retail tenants such as U.S Bank , Simone David Barbershop , Jimmy John’s , and Sushi Kudasai .
