Kinley Construction expands its industrial and commercial building construction services with the launch of a new office in Seattle. The company has also added two experienced professionals from the construction industry to its team.
Jeff Crisafulli, who brings over 40 years of experience, will lead Kinley’s operations in Seattle as director. He will be responsible for driving sales and managing development and operations for industrial and commercial building projects, with a focus on Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
Crisafulli joins Kinley from Swinerton where he successfully managed several large-scale commercial projects such as warehouse conversions, hotels, casinos, retail buildings, restaurants,and sports complexes. Another addition to Kinley’s team is David Worley who brings 35 years of experience as VP and division manager at Swinerton’s Northwest Region. Worley played a key role in boosting revenue for corporate services,Native American markets,hospitals,and multi-family residential sectors.
To support the new office,Kinley has hired Kristen Connor as lead project manager along with other personnel.Kinl
