In collaboration with Weston Urban, this new addition will be part of the highly anticipated Continental Block Development project. The historic Continental Hotel will be transformed into 28 fully-furnished apartments for short-term stays.
The opening of The Continental marks the first phase in Weston Urban’s ambitious redevelopment plan for a 1.9-acre site. This includes 290 mixed-income housing units and over 22,000 square feet dedicated to retail and commercial use. This development aligns perfectly with the expansion plans for University of Texas at San Antonio’s downtown campus as well as the recently completed restoration project on San Pedro Creek.
