Cushman & Wakefield recently advised the sale of a 63,387-square-foot Class A office building in Gold River, located within the Sacramento metro area. The two-story building at 11931 Foundation Pl. was purchased by Visions In Education for its new headquarters. The property sold for approximately $6.7 million and was vacant at the time of sale.
Kris Kalmbach from Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer while Kevin Partington represented Rpro152n3 LLC, the seller.
Visions In Education, currently based in Carmichael nearby, plans to move into their new location next summer. With a staff of 150 employees on site and up to 200 during teacher training days, this home school provider will use the building solely for administrative and training purposes rather than public classes.
