Barnea Bistro, a renowned establishment known for its contemporary French-style cuisine and kosher offerings, has recently secured a 15-year lease for a 7,602-square-foot space at 114 W 47th Street in the bustling Midtown area. The announcement was made by Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.
According to Durst, Barnea Bistro’s presence at this prime location will bring their culinary excellence to the many workers, visitors and residents in Midtown. He also added that the new restaurant will enhance their premier office tower by providing an upscale dining option that perfectly complements the sophistication of the building. This LEED Gold-certified property is currently home to prestigious tenants such as Bank of America Private Wealth Management and IFM Investors.
The leasing process was handled internally by Tom Bow,Rocco Romeo,and Nora Caliban from The Durst Organization along with Matt Ogle and Corey Zolcinski from JLL representing them externally.Barnea Bistro was represented by James Famularo from Meridian Retail Leasing.
