**Seattle’s Yes Parade Restaurant Group Expanding Sabine Café to Bellevue**

Seattle-based hospitality company Yes Parade Restaurant Group is set to bring its popular Sabine restaurant to Bellevue, marking the brand’s first Eastside location. The new outpost will be located at Skanska’s The Eight, a 25-story office tower at 10666 NE 8th St.

Sabine originally opened in Ballard in 2020 and quickly became known for its vibrant brunch offerings, craft espresso, house-made pastries, and Mediterranean-inspired dinner and cocktail menu.

The Bellevue location, slated to open in early 2026, will occupy 3,000 square feet on the ground floor of The Eight. The space will accommodate 50 seats for both indoor and outdoor dining.

Leasing for the retail component at The Eight is managed by Anne Marie Koehler and Erika Koehler of Newmark, while CBRE handles the office leasing. The expansion adds to Yes Parade Restaurant Group’s growing portfolio, which currently includes ten locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Denver.
