FoxRock Properties is excited to announce the arrival of its first residents at Center & Stone, a mixed-use development in Quincy Center, MA. The newly restored Stone building offers 66 modern studio and one-bedroom apartments with luxurious amenities such as a penthouse lounge and rooftop deck, fitness and yoga rooms.
The project also includes the renovation of the historic Quincy Masonic Temple into a new restaurant. A 135-unit residential building will follow suit with pet-friendly features like an outdoor courtyard complete with pool and fire pits, as well as cozy lounge areas and co-working spaces.
