Jonathan Fascitelli, former CEO of HBSE Real Estate, has recently founded Sports and Entertainment Real Estate Global Holdings (Seregh), a company focused on investing in and developing real estate near sports and entertainment venues. The New York-based firm aims to collaborate with venue owners to create innovative projects. Seregh’s strategic investors include Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE) and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), with more partners soon to be announced.
During his time at HBSE, Fascitelli led numerous transformative initiatives for various team holdings such as the Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, Washington Commanders, and Cleveland Guardians. He has also been involved in the development or financing of over 15 arenas across North America and Europe.
According to Fascitelli: “Seregh is breaking new ground by focusing on real estate surrounding sports and entertainment venues.” With over 30 arena renovations currently underway or planned for the future along with approximately 40 stadium leases expiring between 2030-2039; there is a significant opportunity in this market segment to develop mixed-use properties that will benefit both teams as well as their communities.
One notable project spearheaded by Fascitelli is “76 Place,” an envisioned arena located in Philadelphia which can be seen depicted in the accompanying rendering image.
