"New Pickleball and Golf Facility to Debut in Raleigh"

Raleigh is no stranger to the opening of new sports venues, with pickleball and golf being the most popular options. However, one unique venue in Raleigh is offering both activities under one roof.

Located at 2201 S. Wilmington St., just south of downtown Raleigh, Pin Point will be open to the public later this month. This sprawling facility spans approximately 70,000 square feet and boasts 16 pickleball courts as well as state-of-the-art golf simulators and a chipping/putting area. In addition to these amenities, there will also be a food and beverage area for guests to refuel after their games or practices.

For those looking for some friendly competition or elite play opportunities, Pin Point has designated two courts specifically for this purpose with seating available for spectators. The facility also offers Trackman golf simulator bays that come equipped with a chipping area spanning about 15 yards featuring three different hole locations on the green.

The total investment in Pin Point has been estimated between $1.5 million and $2 million dollars – an impressive amount considering its extensive offerings! Memberships are available at an affordable rate of only $139 per year.

But that’s not all – plans are already underway for four additional locations across Raleigh! With its convenient location near downtown and top-notch facilities catering to both pickleball enthusiasts and avid golfers alike, it’s no wonder why many are eagerly anticipating the grand opening of Pin Point later this month.
