Denver-based investment company, The Broe Group, has recently partnered with Hudson Valley Parking Trust to acquire 100% ownership of New York City’s largest parking company, ICON Parking. Although the terms of the deal were not disclosed, this multibillion-dollar privately-held firm is dedicated to ensuring the long-term success of ICON Parking.
According to Jerry Skillett, founder of Hudson Valley Parking Trust, “ICON Parking is a top player in the parking market and we are committed to its continued growth.” This new partnership brings valuable resources and connections that will support their expansion plans for this industry leader. With over 150 locations currently operating under ICON’s name and handling two million transactions annually, there is great potential for further development under this new ownership.
