JLL and Alerus Financial, a diversified financial services company, have recently completed two office lease transactions in the Twin Cities market. The companies were able to relocate their Shoreview and Minnetonka offices through these expansions of their current footprints. These long-term leases cover nearly 53,000 square feet between both locations.
Eddie Rymer, Senior Vice President at JLL, along with Vice President Alex Ach represented Alerus in finalizing the leasing transaction with Eagle Ridge Partners and Piedmont Office Realty Trust respectively. JLL played a crucial role in managing workplace design and redevelopment initiatives from start to finish.
According to Rymer: “In today’s market, there is a strong demand for high-quality properties across the Twin Cities.” The Shoreview office is situated at The Lex on 4100 Lexington Avenue while Crescent Ridge II on 10900 Wayzata Boulevard houses the Minnetonka office.
This recent development marks another successful collaboration between JLL and Alerus Financial as they continue to expand their presence within the Twin Cities market.
