Clarion Partners and Marcus Partners have announced the signing of over 64,000 square feet in leases at Norwalk’s Merritt 7 Park. This brings the total leased space to 115,000 square feet within the past year. The recent upgrades at Merritt 7 include wellness areas and outdoor amenities, with plans for a new conference center and fitness facility set to launch in Q4 of 2023.
Kantar, Metsa, and Ipsos have all secured significant spaces through seven-year leases. Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Baker represented Kantar and Metsa while IPSOS was represented by Chris Helgesen and Kevin McCarthy from Cushman & Wakefield. Kathleen Fazio also from Cushman & Wakefield represented Apex in these transactions.
The ownership was well-represented by David Fiore and JoAnn McGrath of Marcus Partners as well as JLL’s Ed Tonnessen Betsy Buckley, Gil Ohls throughout all deals made at Merritt 7 Park.
