OptiVia Solutions has recently expanded its ATM services by opening a new 12,315-square-foot office in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The Ohio-based company plans to increase its team from 10 to 20 employees.
Specializing in providing ATMs for financial institutions, banks, credit unions, retail establishments and businesses; OptiVia Solutions has regional offices located in Cincinnati, Columbus and Chicago. According to market leader Lisa Smith of OptiVia Solutions , the decision to open this location was driven by the growing demand for ATM and bank equipment services in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
The lease for this new office space at 795 Cromwell Park Drive was brokered by Kate Jordan , Marley Welsh , and Samantha Eckels of Lee & Associates on behalf of the tenant. Representing the landlord was Jonas Asner from St. John Properties . This park offers a total area of over 920 square feet that includes flex/R&D spaces as well as office and retail spaces.
This expansion marks another milestone for OptiVia Solutions as it continues to grow its presence across different regions while catering expertly crafted solutions tailored specifically towards their clients’ needs.
