The Moinian Group has recently secured a 5-year lease for 4,500 square feet of office space at 245 Fifth Avenue in Nomad. The tenant, Siete Bucks Spirits, is the producer of Teremana Tequila which was founded by Dwayne Johnson. This new space will serve as their U.S. headquarters.
Representing the landlord in this transaction were Ron LoRusso, Pierce Hance, Harley Dalton and Peter Kerans from Cushman & Wakefield. On behalf of the tenant was Yossi Capland from Compass.
