A partnership has been formed between AJ Capital Partners and Simon Property Group to develop a large, high-end outlet mall in Nashville. The project, known as Nashville Premium Outlets, will encompass 325,000 square feet of mixed-use space with around 75 retailers, restaurants and a hotel. There are also plans for potential residential units and larger retail stores in the future.
The new outlet mall will be located at the intersection of Interstates 65 and 840 with construction set to begin in 2026. The retail and dining tenants at this location will be similar to those found at other Simon Property Group outlets which feature luxury brands such as Armani, Balenciaga, Valentino,and Fendi alongside more common brands like Ann Taylor Old Navy ,and Gap.
Simon Property Group is already well-established in the Nashville area owning both The Mall at Green Hills and Opry Mills Mall while operating over two hundred properties globally. In addition,Tanger Factory Outlets recently opened an outlet store in Antioch,a rapidly growing suburb of Nashville.
