A sprawling life sciences campus located in Morrisville, situated between Raleigh and Durham, has completed its first phase of development. The Triad Business Journal reports that Spark LS, a $1 billion project by Trinity Capital Advisors, features three buildings and a parking deck spanning 525,000 square feet along McCrimmon Parkway. Additionally, the initial phase includes an amenity building of 20,000 square feet and a wellness and fitness center measuring at 10
