Holland Partner Group, North America Sekisui House, and Lowe have successfully secured office leases with HNTB Corporation and HDR Engineering, Inc. at the recently completed West tower in downtown San Diego. This $510-million project stands at 37 stories tall and boasts a total of 289,000 square feet of office space along with 10,000 square feet of retail space and 431 luxury apartments.
Both HNTB Corporation and HDR Engineering will be relocating from another location in downtown San Diego to their new offices at West by early 2025.
These new leases are just one example of the success that has been seen since the completion of this mixed-use development. In addition to these recent deals for office space, there has also been strong leasing activity for its residential component. The San Diego Association of Governments signed a lease for an impressive 87,000 square feet back in 2023.
