"New Midtown Lease Signed by Ad Agency Incubeta"

Incubeta US Corp. has secured a five-year lease for 2,133 square feet at 200 Varick Street in Hudson Square. The international marketing and advertising agency, with a global workforce of over 800 employees, will utilize the space for its general, executive, and administrative offices as it relocates from its previous location at 101 Greenwich St. The new offices are expected to be completed by late Spring of 2024.

The landlord was represented by Robert Silver, Brittany Silver, Anthony Sciacca and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark along with Jeffrey Gural and Rhonda Singer of GFP Real Estate in this transaction. Incubeta was represented by Richard Plehn and Woody King from Lee & Associates.

Originally built in 1927 according to designs by architect Frank S.Parker , the building has recently undergone renovations to its lobby and entrance under GFP Real Estate’s management which included the addition of a “living” green wall . Current tenants include Film Forum , AHRC New York City , Reservoir Media ,and Omnicom Group .

This news comes as Ad Agency Incubeta signs on for their new midtown lease .
