Tareen Development Partners has recently initiated construction on an 82-unit apartment complex situated at the intersection of North Saint Paul, Minnesota. The project, named Article No. 7 as a tribute to the original newspaper building (The Lillie Suburban Newspaper), aims to revitalize the neighborhood by offering modern and high-quality housing options for residents.
Collaborating with Bauer Construction and Momentum Design, Sail Management, and the City of North St. Paul, TDP expects Article No. 7 to be completed in Fall 2024.
