The Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) has welcomed two new members, Ryan Severino and Kenneth Morrison, to its Executive Advisory Council. As chief economist and head of U.S. research at Bentall Green Oak, Severino brings a wealth of knowledge in economics and forecasting to the council. Meanwhile, Morrison’s expertise in housing development and municipal collaboration as managing member of Lemor Development Group will contribute greatly to designing programs that reflect the ever-changing real estate industry.
Comprised of esteemed leaders from various real estate firms such as UBS, JLL, and Related Cos., the EAC works towards enhancing student experience at REI’s campuses by promoting program offerings and increasing enrollment numbers.
With their valuable insights on board, Severino and Morrison join forces with other council members to achieve these goals through expert guidance.
