"New Managing Principal Named at Madison Marquette"

Madison Marquette, a private real estate firm that specializes in investment management and development, has announced the appointment of William (Bill) Sudow as its new Managing Principal. In this role, Sudow will lead Madison’s executive team in pursuing investment opportunities and overseeing development projects.

Sudow brings extensive experience to his new position, having previously served as Madison’s Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel. He has a strong working relationship with Executive Chairman Amer Hammour and is highly knowledgeable about the company’s operations. “We are thrilled to have Bill on board as our Managing Principal,” said Hammour. “His strategic vision for our company combined with his proven ability to execute across all areas make him an outstanding leader.”

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Sudow founded his own law firm over 12 years ago where he provided transactional and corporate advice for both Madison and its affiliates. He also holds leadership positions in several local civic organizations such as the Federal City Council’s Leadership Committee and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

In addition to Sudow’s appointment, Daniel McCahan will be transitioning from his current role as Chief Operating Officer at Madison Marquette to become President of Peterson Companies. During this transitional period, McCahan will continue assisting Madison in their role as co-general partner of The Wharf project.
