Berkadia has recently announced the addition of Jennifer Dakin as Managing Director to their Hotels & Hospitality platform. She will be joining the team at Berkadia’s DC Metro office and reporting directly to Andy Wimsatt, Senior Managing Director and Head of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.
In her new role, Dakin will be responsible for providing innovative financing solutions to commercial real estate owners and developers across the United States, with a specific focus on the lodging sector. With over 28 years of experience in commercial banking, she is highly respected within her field.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Dakin spent two decades working in Wells Fargo Bank’s commercial real estate group as a relationship manager, team leader and managing director. During this time she played an integral role in growing their Hospitality Finance Group.
