Ennismore Hotels has announced the upcoming reopening of the iconic Delano Miami Beach in late 2025, following a complete transformation. The hotel, originally built in 1947 and most recently renovated by Ian Schrager and Philippe Starck in the 1990s, closed its doors in March 2020 before being acquired by Eldridge Industries.
The new design for Delano Miami Beach will honor its Art Deco heritage through a collaboration between Elastic Architects and Ennismore’s own design team. The property will offer a total of 171 guestrooms and suites, including luxurious Bungalow Suites and Penthouse Suites. Guests can also look forward to four unique restaurant and bar concepts on-site, including an updated Rose Bar.
In addition to these amenities, there will be a new wellness studio and spa for guests to enjoy during their stay. The hotel’s ground-floor pool is set to make its return along with an amenity deck overlooking the beachfront area. A second pool located on the fourth floor will provide even more options for guests looking to relax under the Florida sun.
Stay tuned as Delano Miami Beach prepares for its highly anticipated reopening date!
