Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a renowned law firm, is moving its headquarters from Georgetown to The Wharf at 670 Maine Avenue SW. This strategic relocation involves securing a lease for 65,000 square feet of space on the entire 5th and 6th floors of the building as well as half of the 7th floor.
Located along the picturesque Potomac River, The Wharf spans over a mile and boasts more than 3.5 million square feet of development. It offers an array of residential units, offices, hotels, shops and restaurants among other amenities.
According to Alan Luberda – office managing partner at Kelley Drye’s DC Office – their decision to move was driven by their desire for transformational space that would not only enhance client service but also elevate their brand while providing employees with a high-quality work environment that promotes well-being.
The deal was brokered by CBRE through Amy Bowser’s team.
