Bright Realty has recently finished construction on Crown Centre II, a $50 million project that boasts a four-story office building spanning 147,000 square feet. The building is situated at the intersection of SH 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway and Windhaven Parkway.
Once completed, the entire Crown Centre development will encompass up to 2,000 multifamily units and over three million square feet of office space. Additionally, there will be up to 500 hotel rooms available for guests. The development also includes three open spaces featuring lakes and trails connecting its 35 buildings. Furthermore, there will be an additional non-residential commercial area spanning around140 ,000 square feet which includes retail spaces as well as green areas.
The land where Crown Centre is located is one of the few remaining undeveloped areas in Castle Hills community. Currently home to more than4 ,900 single-family homes and six multifamily communities with over2 ,000 apartments and townhomes; Castle Hills also features condominium developments,a rental home community,and hundreds of thousandsquarefeetofofficeandretailspaces.The completionofCrownCentrewill addtothe already thrivingcommunityinCastleHills.
