Silverstein Properties has recently announced several new leases at 120 Broadway, located in the bustling Financial District. Studio Gang, a renowned architecture firm, will occupy half of the 34th floor – a spacious 12,404 square feet – by Q2 of 2024. Golden Goose has also expanded their presence in the building by doubling their space to an impressive 26,627 square feet starting December of 2023. Additionally, Old Mission Capital has extended and expanded their lease from Q3 of 2024 to now encompassing a total area of20 ,023 square feet.
According to Joe Artusa, senior vice president at Silverstein Properties,”In today’s market companies are seeking well-equipped spaces within vibrant neighborhoods and our goal is to position this building as one that stands out for organizations looking for growth or improvement opportunities in New York.”
