"New Leases Totaling 130K SF Added to The Spiral by Tishman Speyer"

Tishman Speyer, the developer of The Spiral in West Midtown, has recently secured five new lease agreements totaling 129,500 square feet. These deals include HSBC expanding its U.S. headquarters by 35,400 square feet and XR Extreme Reach leasing 13,400 square feet on the tower’s 21st floor. Two investment management firms have also signed full-floor leases for a combined total of over 70,000 square feet.

The Spiral is a highly sought-after office tower designed by BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group that boasts unique features such as cascading landscaped terraces and a continuous green pathway. With amenities like the ZO Clubhouse and Studio co-working spaces available to tenants along with street-level dining options like Papa San and concepts from renowned chef Gabriel Kreuther.

Greg Conen and Sam Brodsky represented Tishman Speyer in all transactions while JLL represented HSBC with Peter Riguardi leading their team. Joe Messina and Seth Hecht of JLL worked on behalf of XR while CBRE’s Ryan Alexander led negotiations for Fifth Wall alongside Ross Zimbalist Jared Isaacson ,and Jeff Frenkel.

This recent influx of leases at The Spiral highlights its appeal to top companies seeking high-quality office space in West Midtown.
