GFP Real Estate recently secured three new leases at 171 Madison Ave in Midtown South, totaling 4,188 square feet. PBA USA, a bathware and hardware accessories company based in Italy, signed a lease for 1,688 square feet on the building’s 10th floor for a term of six and a half years.

Gropper & Nejat, a personal injury law firm that has been located on the building’s 10th floor since 2012,renewed their lease for another seven years covering an area of1 ,400 square feet. Additionally,American Home Fashion,a provider of home textile products,took up residence on the14 thfloor witha five-yearleasefor1 ,100squarefeet.Thebuildingboastsanewlobby,en trance,andelevatorswithrentsaveraginginthe$50s persquarefoot.
