Hill Management Services, Inc. has recently signed new leases with three tenants at Galleria Towers in the Lutherville section of Baltimore County. Che’ Nova Aesthetics, a health and wellness day spa, is one of these tenants.
Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, Inc., represented the landlord in all three lease transactions. The other two tenants are ComForCare Home Care and Maryland Dermatology.
ComForCare is a franchised provider of caregiving services while Maryland Dermatology offers medical and surgical dermatology services. They will be joining the tenant mix at Galleria Towers which is an eight-story building.
According to Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services: “Our investment of over $3 million to update both exterior and interior spaces as well as adding amenities like a conference room and fitness center for our tenants has proven successful as we approach full occupancy at Galleria Towers.”
