GFP Real Estate has successfully secured three leases totaling 11,313 square feet at 322 Eighth Ave. J Squared Group Ltd leased 5,350 square feet on the ninth floor for a seven-year term after relocating from their previous location at 37 West 57th St. The tenant was represented by Yossi Capland of Compass.
Woodworks Construction Co. extended its lease for an additional term of three years and eight months, covering a total area of 3,825 square feet on the seventh floor. Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate acted as the representative for the tenant in this transaction.
In addition to these two leases, Yasubee Midtown LLC signed a long-term agreement spanning over fifteen years for retail space measuring approximately2 ,138 sq ft across both ground and mezzanine levels within the building premises. Shai Baradarian from eRealty Advisors USA served as representative for this deal while Allen Gurevich (GFP Real Estate), Andrew Taub and Benjamin Birnbaum (Newmark) represented landlord’s interests.
The historic neo-gothic style building located in Chelsea underwent recent renovations including upgrades to its lobby area with added amenities making it an attractive option among tenants seeking office spaces in this prime location.
