Galleria Towers, located in Lutherville, Baltimore, has recently seen a surge of lease transactions. Hill Management Services has signed leases with Konare Law and Peak Management while HWK Law Group and Lawyers Express Title have expanded their presence within the building. The total amount of leased space from these transactions is approximately 17,000 square feet.
Hill Management Services also invested $3 million into enhancing the property by updating the first-floor entrance and adding amenities such as a conference room and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with TechnoGym technology. Ashley Zito and Danielle Bridge from Hill Management Services represented the landlord in all three leasing deals.
This office tower in Baltimore continues to attract tenants due to its prime location and modern amenities offered by Hill Management’s recent upgrades.
