Simone Development Companies recently announced the signing of two long-term leases for a total of 10,300 square feet at the Hutchinson Metro Center in Bronx, NY. The new tenants include North Bronx Orthopedic and Spine Group with 5,121 square feet leased at 1200 Waters Place and MJHS Health System with 5,179 square feet leased at Tower One. Both organizations provide healthcare services in the New York area.
According to Joanna Simone, principal & president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies, their mixed-use campus has attracted over 80 businesses from various industries including healthcare and education as well as government agencies. CBRE’s Bill Jordan and Harly Stevens represented MJHS in these deals while Simone handled them internally.
The recent addition of these new leases further solidifies Hutchinson Metro Center’s reputation as a premier destination for businesses seeking high-quality office space in Bronx. This development is also indicative of the growing demand for medical facilities within this thriving commercial hub.
