Psychology Today, a subsidiary of Sussex Publishers LLC, has secured a new lease at 16 West 22nd St in the Flatiron District. The media brand, founded in 1967, focuses on promoting mental health and wellness through behavioral science.

The charming neo-Renaissance building at 16 West 22nd Street was constructed in 1910 and is home to popular establishments such as Michelin-starred Cote and Zero Otto Nove. GFP Real Estate’s Barbara Yagoda represented the landlord while Psychology Today was represented by Doug Rice of Rice & Associates LLC.
