"New Kent Distribution Center Now Opened by Simpson Strong-Tie"

Simpson Strong-Tie, a leading provider of engineered structural connectors and building solutions, has recently expanded its distribution network with the opening of three new warehouse and training centers in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Kent, Washington.

This strategic investment aims to address supply chain challenges faced by the construction industry. The new facilities are expected to create over 50 job opportunities while significantly improving supply chain efficiency.

The newly opened Kent facility is located at Pacific Gateway’s Building 3 on 20210 66th Avenue S. This development was sold for $260 million in December of last year to an entity affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The property was jointly developed by Panattoni Development Company and Link Logistics Real Estate from New York.
