The Gardens shopping center in Mt. Olive Township, Morris County, NJ will welcome Fitness Factory Health Club this summer. The 16,400-square-foot space is located within the former Bed, Bath & Beyond store and was secured by leasing agent R.J. Brunelli & Co.
According to Managing Member Richard Scarpati of Fitness Factory, this location provides a prime spot in the upper northwest quadrant of New Jersey for a big-box premium facility. It will be joined by its sister location in Rockaway and cater to the high demand for full-service fitness centers.
Fitness Factory joins other new tenants such as Boot Barn, Ross and Skechers at The Gardens while Panda Express and Chipotle Mexican Grill are set to open later this year. Major retailers already established at the center include Lowe’s,TJ Maxx Home Goods Michael’s PetSmart,and Five Below.The chain’s second location in Morris County,the new Fitness Factory adds to Black Lion Investment Group’s major renovation efforts that have resulted in 98% occupancy at The Gardens.
