**PickleRage to Open First New York Facility in Downtown New Rochelle**
The Cappelli Organization has announced that PickleRage, an indoor pickleball club expanding throughout the eastern United States, will be opening a new 42,000-square-foot facility in downtown New Rochelle. Located at 173 Huguenot Street in the former New York Sports Club building, this marks PickleRage’s debut location in both Westchester County and New York State.
The new venue will feature 14 regulation-size pickleball courts outfitted with Smart Court Technology, allowing for gameplay recording and live streaming. The courts will also include Cushion X joint-friendly flooring, designed to help prevent injuries among players. Planned exterior enhancements include new signage along Huguenot Street and renovations to the facility’s front entrance.
“We are thrilled to welcome PickleRage to downtown New Rochelle,” said Louis R. Cappelli, CEO of the Cappelli Organization. “This exciting new facility will be a great addition to the tremendous vitality and vibrancy of downtown New Rochelle.”
Pickleball continues to grow in popularity nationwide, and this addition is expected to further enrich the city’s recreational offerings and contribute to the ongoing revitalization of the area.
