**URWLD to Launch Immersive Entertainment Venue at Fox Park in Denver**

URWLD has announced plans to open a 165,000-square-foot immersive entertainment venue at Globeville’s Fox Park development in Denver. The ambitious project is expected to feature 12 to 15 adventure sports and interactive experiences all under one roof, catering to a wide range of ages and interests.

With a price tag of over $80 million, the venue will offer activities such as bouldering, surfing, ice climbing, and subterranean experiences including caving and spelunking. One of the signature attractions will be a man-made mountain constructed inside the facility, designed for canyoneering instruction. Additionally, an ice climbing wall and a climbing wall with an overhead zip line will offer a bird’s-eye view of the space.

The surfing attraction will utilize a deep-water system and produce a full-sized wave, promising an authentic surf experience. Complementing the action-packed offerings, URWLD will feature restaurants with street-level access and internal coffee shop concepts for visitors looking to relax and recharge.

Developers estimate the venue will draw approximately 1.2 million visitors annually, with an average ticket price of $50 per visit. Construction on the first phase of Fox Park is already underway. Once fully built out, the Fox Park development will span 41 acres, offering a broad mix of recreational, residential, and commercial features.
