This project offers 405 fully furnished and serviced living units, ranging from one- to two-bedrooms, available for stays starting in September. Powered by Placemakr, a flex-living operator known for optimizing both apartment and hospitality spaces, Scout Living at Ponce City Market is a partnership with Jamestown located at 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE.
Each unit will feature galley kitchens as well as separate living and sleeping areas. Guests can enjoy all the comforts of home with essential cooking supplies provided in the kitchen along with a dishwasher and washer-dryer combo.
For longer stays, guests can request additional services such as laundry or dry-cleaning services, restocking of necessities during their stay, housekeeping services,and more.
Amenities include a rooftop pool offering stunning views of the city,a wellness studio,two reservable entertaining spaces,a terrace,and even residential-style chef’s kitchen – all designed to provide an elevated experience for our guests.
