BOMA/Chicago, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago, has chosen 190 S. LaSalle as its new headquarters. This decision was made due to the sale of their current location at 115 N. Lasalle Street to the State of Illinois last year.

According to Farzin Parang, BOMA/Chicago’s executive director, this move aims to reaffirm their industry’s commitment to the Central Loop area while also expanding their capacity for connecting with members and partners. The new space will allow for modernized conference rooms and additional facilities for hosting education programs amidst LaSalle Street’s ongoing transformation.

Located in Chicago’s Central Loop submarket is 190 South LaSalle – a LEED Gold and Fitwel-certified office tower spanning over 790,000 square feet across its 41 stories. Designed by architect Phillip Johnson in post-modern style, this building was completed in 1987.

The latest news from Connect CRE reports that BOMA/Chicago (Building Owners and Managers Association) has secured a lease on a new headquarters at prestigious address:190 S.LaSalle street.This move comes after selling off its previous home-115 N.Laselle street-to State Of Illinois last year.The organization’s Executive Director,Farzin Parang,stated that they were keen on reiterating real estate sector’s dedication towards central loop region alongside ramping up efforts towards forging stronger ties with members & associates.The state-of-the-art building boasts impressive credentials such as being LEED Gold & Fitwell certified.Its designer-Phillip Johnson-has given it an avant-garde touch which makes it stand out amongst other structures built during same era(1987).
