New Home Co. is making significant progress in the development of Eastvale Square, a 159-acre master-planned residential community in Eastvale. With property entitlements secured and construction underway, this Irvine-based homebuilder and land developer expects to bring an economic boost of over $1 billion through the creation of nearly 2,000 homes.
The project also includes plans for a new city civic center, police and fire stations, public library, as well as office and retail spaces that will cater to residents’ lifestyle needs. The company acquired the land from local family trusts and is set to open an on-site sales gallery this September for its first five neighborhoods.
As part of their commitment to building sustainable communities, New Home Co. will construct all residential homes within Eastvale Square while also completing infrastructure work for mixed-use areas before selling them off to apartment developers.
