New Home Co. Now Building Homes in Washington State

New Home Co. is expanding its operations into Washington State, following the unveiling of a division in Oregon last month. Brandon Scheibner, a veteran homebuilding executive, will lead the Washington operations as division president.

A June groundbreaking is scheduled for Rivercrest – New Home Co.’s first neighborhood in Washington – located in North Bend. The project will be comprised of 80 stacked flats with floorplans ranging from 648 square feet to 1,137 square feet and up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms per unit.

“We are committed to providing desirable homes at compelling values,” said Scheibner “Our expansion into Washington starts with construction at Rivercrest where homes will be available by early 2024.”
