"New High-Rise Building Opens on Treasure Island in San Francisco"

Wilson Meany, a San Francisco-based developer, and Stockbridge Capital Group, a real estate investment firm, have announced the completion and grand opening of Isle House. This waterfront residential tower is the first high-rise on Treasure Island in San Francisco. Located at 39 Bruton St., Isle House has officially welcomed its first residents.

Designed by David Baker Architects and standing at 22 stories tall, this waterfront community offers 250 apartments for lease as well as nine two-level live-work townhomes with private entries. Additionally, there is 1,140 square feet of street-level retail space and a central courtyard.

“We are thrilled to see Treasure Island reach this significant milestone that brings new housing options to San Francisco,” said Chris Meany , managing partner at Wilson Meany. “We believe that Isle House will quickly become an integral part of the community and serve as an example for what living on Treasure Island can offer.”
