New Haven Apartment Portfolio Sells for $7M - Real Estate Investment Opportunity

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a 44-unit apartment portfolio in New Haven, Connecticut. The properties at 91, 95 and 97 Howe Street were sold for $6.61 million to a New York-based LLC procured by investment specialists Wes Klockner, Eric Pentore and Ross Friedel from Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office who had the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller.

The portfolio includes studio apartments as well as three-bedroom units offering rental options with access to Yale University campuses and shopping/dining districts in downtown New Haven.  This transaction is indicative of strong demand for multifamily housing near major universities across America despite current market conditions caused by COVID-19 pandemic disruptions.
